Day 6, 7 and Weigh In

Well Day 6 was nothing extraordinary, oh I did almot faint! Had a hot bath and when I got out felt really ill ... couldn't decide if I was going to throw up or faint first - made it to my bed and lied down for a while - really helped.

Day 7 was okay - still feeling quite hungry ... but it was also WEIGH DAY ... and I lost 12lbs woohoo, funnily enough hubby lost exactly the same - so we're both really happy.

Bought some boullion mix which was lovely, hopefully that'll help with the hunger! Also bought some water flavouring - which I'll try tomorrow now - too full after the Boullion and shake!

Day 5

Well the first weekend of the diet - it was a mixed day really - no sickness or headaches - but still quite a bit of hunger.

I think the realism of not being able to 'eat' for months is setting in, and I was so close to quitting :( But I made a list of all the reasons I started this diet in the first place which really helped.

Plus - I've made it through the worst days - it can only get easier from now on!

So - didn't cheat and made it through.

Day 4

A MUCH better day today. I took the day off work today because I couldn't bear another day at work feeling icky.

Woke up feeling okay had some water and then put my Choc Tetra in the blender with lots of ice and some water and wizzed it up - the result was a McDonalds milkshake - mmmmmmmm - didn't feel sick after it at all :) and it was really filling.

Felt hungry at lunch, but managed to wait until 1.20 until having a soup ... really going off the soups already, will stick to shakes next week I think.

Lazed about the house all day watching chick flicks - was great lol

Hubby was quit hungry but not as hungry as yesterday - so hopefully it will get easier from here on out!

Starberry shake whizzed up in the blender for dinner was lovely too :)

Can't wait for weigh in - the scales were down again today!
